Ontogenesis is bound by the Privacy Act 1988, which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals. Collection and security of your personal information
There are many aspects of this site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however I will collect your contact information (name, email address) when you nominate this information. This information will be kept confidential and at no time will this information be traded, swapped, exchanged or sold to any other party or company. I may share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with government departments, however only when I am legally obliged to provide such information.
Changes to this privacy policy
Onotgenesis reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy you should not access or use this site.

Terms & Conditions
Ontogenesis pricings are subject to change without notice. Payment for services is required prior to, or at the time of the appointment. All new clients of Ontogenesis are required to complete a confidential health history form. Information provided must be accurate and correct to the best of the clients knowledge at the time the information is provided. It is vital that all medical conditions and subsequent medications are disclosed and updated as changes arise throughout the treatment period.
Ontogenesis does not diagnose illness or injury and services offered should not replace any other health or medical care.
Your allocated appointment time is integral to your treatment protocol. While it is understood that sometimes delays are unavoidable it is expected that you will call and advise me of any delay at your earliest convenience. You may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice. For more information on cancelling appointments please refer to the Cancellation Policy below. Your appointment time may be cut short if your lateness interferes with the appointment of another client who is booked in after you.
Cancellation Policy
Ontogenesis is committed to providing all clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please call me on 0423 922251 by 8.00 am on the day of your scheduled appointment to notify me of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee for your missed appointment. Where there is an emergency, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Limitation of Liability
Ontogenesis will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the web site or messages received or transactions entered into through the web site or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on this web site, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if Ontogenesis has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
