Ontogenesis

Reiki originated at the end of the 19th Century in Japan, and was founded by Dr Mikao Usui. It is based upon the principle of Universal Ki (energy), which is believed to be the source of all energy healing. Reiki is received by laying the hands on or over the body. Reiki energy can accelerate the body’s ability to heal. It aids in balancing the body, mind and spirit. Reiki has been known to assist with stress, pain, tension, promoting a sense of inner peace and harmony, improving the quality of sleep, enhancing personal growth, and accelerating the healing of injuries. Reiki can be experienced as heat, cold, tingling, vibration, sleepiness, a deep relaxation, or nothing at all. No matter how it is experienced, the client will receive the benefits of the Reiki energy as it balances the body, mind and spirit. Sessions are available with Leonie, Ontogenesis's fully qualified Reiki Master.  Leonie has a Reiki lineage that can be traced back to Dr Mikao Usui. She is also a registered professional member of Reiki Australia.

Reiki Treatment - Schedule of Fees

• Sessions are charged at $40 per half hour (or part thereof).
  
• Initial visits are charged at $110 and take around 1.5 hrs due to paperwork and the time required to discuss your needs.
• A block of 3 or more one-hour sessions paid in advance will receive a $10 per session discount.
• Short 30 min follow-up session/Reiki boost $40
  
• Gift Certificates are  also available for all of the above services.

Reiki Recharge, Foot Soak & Foot Massage

Our Reiki recharge, foot soak & foot massage is suited to those who are up for a little pampering. The experience begins with a f00t soak in a warm magnesium and lavender foot bath, filled with a bed of gorgeous crystal gemstones. To complete the experience you will receive a relaxing foot massage and Reiki recharge.

• 90 minutes (recommended) - $90

Reiki Space Clearing

Space clearing can help to uplift the feel of a work or living space, which may have become 'heavy' or 'stagnant'. Regularly cleared and protected spaces can promote the wellbeing of those who use the spaces. Space clearings are conducted on site and will include the use of white sage, Reiki symbols, sound vibration and candles.
